National Negotiating Committees

The National Joint Negotiating Committee (NJNC) has changed to the National Negotiating Committees (NNC) following the revised National Recognition and Procedures Agreement (NRPA), resetting the framework for negotiations in the college sector.

The National Negotiating Committees (NNC) was established to jointly agree terms on issues, such as pay and terms and conditions of employment in Scotland’s colleges in partnership with the trade unions (EIS, GMB Union, UNISON and Unite the Union).  View the National Recognition and Procedure Agreement (NRPA).
